Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Patel Mode, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry order, we offer returns and exchanges according to the policy below.

Please review these terms carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The jewelry must remain in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must not show scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

  • Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items may not be eligible for return once worn.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or customized jewelry.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging.


Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, style, or design, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will provide alternative options or process a refund according to our refund policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.


How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.

  2. Explain the reason for your return or exchange request.

  3. Wait for return instructions from our team.

  4. Package the item securely and send it according to the provided instructions.

  5. Once received and inspected, we will confirm the return outcome.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our support team.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Patel Mode will assist with the return arrangements where applicable.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry:

  • Store jewelry separately when not in use.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.

  • Handle pieces carefully to prevent scratches or damage.
